I hate writing about myself, so I’ll quote something my editor recently wrote for a project I’m working on:

Born and raised in Vancouver he has been fascinated with the changes seen in the city and the real estate markets over the past 30 years.”
I just love real estate and can’t get enough. Real estate is all about creating opportunities. It provides people with shelter, wealth, freedom and happiness. Whether its the smile on a young couple’s face when they find out they can afford their dream home or an elderly couple using the equity from their home to finally go back and visit the cafe in Venice where they first fell in love I just can’t get enough.
The site is dedicated to sharing information, news and insight about real estate. I will discuss news and projects from around the world while never losing a strong focus on its impact on Vancouver. I’m always looking for interesting articles to contribute so send me your submissions. What do I do? Well, I have an amazing career. I create opportunities for people. I teach first time home buyers about the real estate process and find the perfect mortgage so they can move into their dream home stress-free. I help investors finance multiple properties across the country allowing them to increase their cash flow and build wealth. I work with homeowners across the Province to structure their mortgage to make their monthly payments tax deductible, saving them $1000s every year and paying their mortgage off up to 15 years sooner. I wake up with a smile everyday because I love what I do. This blog is my way to share this enjoyment with the world. Enjoy.
